Born at the end of 1995 Helid s.r.l. is a family business that produces components and mechanic facility for lifting machines: forklifts, reach stakers, port cranes, rigs.
Helid is a female-enterprise founded by Quattrini Giovanna, who after beginning decided to involve family members.
The main products are: Twist Locks for Spreaders, Chain Anchors and Pulley.

PRODUCTS
TWIST LOCK
Twist Locks are components for port spreaders that lift containers. To be specific the twist pin is a security product made with a material which has particular specifics like great traction resistance. Each piece is checked with ultrasonic and magnetoscopic analysis in order to find any problem, like bubbles or cracks.
To avoid most of the problems HELID has decided to use pre-forged bars of materials instead of common bars.
The twist pin is the part most likely to be worn out, so HELID advises all costumers to change this part when it reaches the maximum numbers of hours indicated by CE.
CHAIN ANCHOR
Chain Anchors are components for the fixing of the lifting chain (fleyer or roller).
The chain is used in a number of mechanisms and systems: telescopic arms of forklifts, cranes, conveyors, presses and machine tools, etc.
PULLEY
Pulleys are pieces used as lifting components in forklifts. They can have different shapes and they can come with or without bearings.
SPARE PARTS
HELID produces a lot of complete assemblies or individual parts as Twists , bushings , nuts , levers etc. to meet the needs of all customers. Thanks to this range of products HELID ' s customers can be very different , from companies that create lift systems to those that sell spare parts throughout the world.
Spare parts (Twist locks, chain anchors, guides, levers, ganks ect..) are compatible with most suppliers.
